RAW Rapid HM1000X Hammer Spring

I think the Huma is a good upgrade. My last test session, ES of 9 for 60 straight shots with 25gr JSB. Gun just wont group. But the air system is consistant!!!!!
Also, try the AA 18gr, and JTS 21gr and 25gr pellets. I would also try smaller increments in speed - maybe 800 - 960fps in 20fps increments. However, it's highly possible you have a bad barrel. There have been a lot of bad .22cal poly barrels the past few years. I've had 3 bad ones personally. In order to get an accurate 22cal RAW, I ordered a 12-grove rifled barrel from LW and had Motorhead machine it. His work was SUPERB! Now I can shoot 3/8" groups at 50yds. It's still picky though. The only pellets that it shoots well are the 25.38gr Rangemasters.

You really should try ALL the pellets you can find and vary the velocity with the hammer spring adjuster and verify you have no wind effects before going to something like changing the regulator or even as drastic as changing the barrel. Proper pellet fit to the barrel and proper velocity for each pellet that doesn’t destabilize them in flight are both so important to get right and have huge effects on accuracy. Getting the accuracy right only comes with lots of trial and error.

50m. Group size 1in and larger. Always a flyer or two to every 5 shot group. 25.39gr JSB Monsters. Tried 830fps avg, 870fps avg, 940fps avg and no luck. I have an Eagle Vision Air Stripper on the barrel. When I remove it, it gets worse.

This is all in a full BR setup, Farley Rest and BR Rear Bag. I'm a Rimfire BR Shooter aswell so I know what can be acheived in a set condition and whats the expectation.

I have a few more things to try still however.
I had the exact same problem with my .25 RAW with the same JSB pellets, just could never get it to group as good as I thought it should. I switched to a .22 caliber since I am only shooting at 50 yards max and the groups are much better. I bought a bunch of different pellets to try out and hopefully will get to testing soon.
