RAW Rapid HM1000X reg tester

I'm waiting for O-rings to rebuild my leaking .25 regulator. I want to measure the reg before disassembly so I can set it back to the same pressure after the rebuild. It shoots very well at whatever it's currentIy set to. I see Huma offers a test gauge for the blank plug but it's listed for HM1000, not specifically mentioning whether it can be used for an "X" version or not.

I've not been able to find the exact answer with a search. Waiting on a response from Huma as well.

Anyone here know for sure? Thanks.

I inquired about the same thing. Here is the response and product I received (I haven't used it yet)

You can use the gauge on your tester, but with an adapter what needs to be modified a bit, (easy to do), and with an bonded seal it can be screwed into the action of the raw

https://www.huma-air.com/Rubber-Steel-Washer-G1/4-(Bonded-Seal)

and you need 1 oring about 9x1,5 to close the connection from the gauge to the adapter.

I can confirm this combo works in the HM1000x models (WITH the blanking plugs)

Awesome, thanks for confirming it. I've got the goods on order from Huma. Picked up one of their aftermarket regulators to play with as well.
With the HUMA reg, you don't actually need the bonded washer. That reg is shorter and the reg tester will clear it without the bonded washer. You CAN still use it, it's just not necessary as with the RAW reg.

Ah, okay. Well, I do want to measure and record the original reg pressure before I yank it out. I plan to set either it or the Huma to the same pressure when putting it back together. It is such an accurate and smooth shooting rifle, I don't feel the need to deviate. At 35 yds it flings original Heavies and the Mk II's @ 920fps in one ragged hole.
