HN Slug HP 28 gr 6,35 mm

Hi friends, i have an impact m3 700mm cal .25, jsb king shoots them really well at 940 fps, my shooting distance is about 80 meters.
I would like to try the HN Slug HP 28 gr .25 mm, without having to change the regulator setting. Have any of you tried them, they are precise and constant or I keep shooting pellets....Thanls in advance

The answer you're going to get is you won't know until you try because every gun is different.

what you say is true, but also not, because in any case there are good pellets and very poor pellets, I'll give you an example the jsb exact jumbo monsters are really worthless, I would not recommend them to anyone

Not true, they shoot just fine out of plenty of the airguns i have owned. Your best best is to get some fx hybrids. They seem to work well with fx or tight barrels. It may turn into a guessing game, or even email NSA and see what they have had luck with.

And to illustrate our point........I've tried numerous H&N slugs, NSA slugs, and Zan slugs in my Maverick. Hybrids grouped the worse.

The hybrids were the worst in the Throne i had also. H&n .218 and other .218s did the best, but javelin slugs in .218 ended up being most accurate.

When I started on slugs everybody told me FX’s generally preferred .217 slugs. My Maverick Sniper loved them. Both the M3’s have a distinct preference for .218’s. Go figure. My M3 loves Zan 23 gr and my wife’s M3 hates them. Her M3 loves .218 NSA 24.8’s. They is all different.
