Try Arduino IDE 2.0.3. I think there was an update to the ESP32 files that only works in version 2.0 or higher. And the latest version of the ESP32 board as well from Expressif

I remixed a box to pic rail for the esp32 board to fit a little switch and a 1000mah battery

setMTU() was introduced in version 2.0.5 of ESP32 board support. Go to Tools | Board Manager, find the "esp32" package and make sure its v2.0.5. If not there's a drop down list of available versions
If that fails go to line 381 and change it from
pClient->setMTU(517);
to
// pClient->setMTU(517);

What's final? I will probably add recording shot strings and displaying the Chrony's battery voltage. As and when these get done you will be able to update the device yourselvesETA to a full and final version so we can trade?
I also have a couple of crap smart watches I want to port the code to.
What do you mean by trade?
2-3 hours? The 1000mAh I linked to is the same size as the PCB

I am too old and too dumb for learning again the arduino. I can design and print the enclosure, but for electronics I would just buy when its ready
btw, my radar power is taped to a power bank, and there is still one port open.

Picked up above set today. I must find some time to set up my MacBook. Mounting kits are made of solid plastic, the one in the middle seems the most robust. It should not be a problem to fabricate mounting kit for skilled 3D designer.
