How and Where can I get an AEA repaired? (SOLVED)

That's quite the reply. Rife with legalese. You sound like you have something to gain here, one way or the other?
Nothing to gain. Hell, I won't even repair them. What I was pointing out, is that most purchases, regardless of item are done without reading warranty and return policies. Then, when the product doesn't meet a customers expectations, they raise hell regardless of the agreement they made by purchasing the item. Would it be great if every retail operation had ebay or amazon style return policies, sure. Unfortunately, the majority of businesses can't afford it, and so have warranty and return information stating their specific policies on the website.

If a company cannot afford to stand behind what they sell, then they can’t afford to be in business for themselves. Imagine a person telling you they cannot afford a basic level of decency. We really need to stop making excuses for people.

Interesting. Many retailers of mechanical items, and a lot of gun shops will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. Unless authorized by the manufacturer, any retailer with a brain will shuttle that item to the factory for repair. It seems in this situation, the retailer was selling grey market guns, therefore voiding the factory warranty through resale. The fact that some airgun retailers will repair anything is a service, not a requirement.

Interesting! FX and Daystate does the opposite. This is why you pay with a credit card. Just cancel payment because of sub par craftsmanship. Nobody should be stuck with a $1000 boat anchor.

Well mine did the same thing about a month ago I’m very interested on how fixing yours went?
Hey, I have not cared enough to send it in yet. I gave the original buyer his $800 back...so now I did a video that has over 600k views and I never got paid for it. The dealer could not care less. I have had 2 AEA's repaired at Fox and it went great, they fixed them then sent them to my AGN buyers. Once I sold a Pellet Shop gun on eBay, one magazine didn't work, The Pellet Shop sent the guy a whole new gun! That's what you are supposed to do.
