Nothing to gain. Hell, I won't even repair them. What I was pointing out, is that most purchases, regardless of item are done without reading warranty and return policies. Then, when the product doesn't meet a customers expectations, they raise hell regardless of the agreement they made by purchasing the item. Would it be great if every retail operation had ebay or amazon style return policies, sure. Unfortunately, the majority of businesses can't afford it, and so have warranty and return information stating their specific policies on the website.That's quite the reply. Rife with legalese. You sound like you have something to gain here, one way or the other?
