How do i fill a 3000psi scuba tank from a compressor

Im waiting for my air venturi compressor to come. Does anyone know how i would fill my 3000 psi scuba tank? I was thinking maybe to fill it backwards through the hose but dont want to ruin the regulator. I think they sell a male to male piece i can put between the two quick disconnects. Trust me i wont do anything til im sure but was wondering if anyone knew.

On my Omega Air Charger, I just connect the compressor straight to my carbon fiber air tank. I have a water trap/filter between the compressor and the air tank (I use a male-to-male foster fitting for that). While the Omega is running, I also bled the moisture out of the compressor every 15 minutes, as per the instructions that came with the compressor.

BTW, I bought all the hoses, fittings, etc for Joe Brancato of airtanksforsale.com. Joe is the "go-to" guy as far as I am concerned for this type of stuff.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I have my older 3000 psi scuba tank with a K valve. I have the adapter to fill my airguns. The hose ends with the female quick disconnect. Will I be able to use a male to male adapter piece to put between the quick disconnect on the scuba tank yolk and the quick disconnect on the air venturi compressor? I was wondering if that would harm the yolk on the scuba tank? In theory it should fill up the tank but don't want to break anything or go BOOM! lol
