How do I fill the damn thing? (Bobcat Mk2)

I got my Bobcat Mk2 (.25) today and I have no idea how to fill it up?! I read the manual, if you want to call it that, but it is confusing. IF they indeed want me to use the fill port that is right behind the thumb hole, why is there a piece of plastic inside, that is impossible to get out, without scratching the stock?! What about the port at the front of the gun? The one where you have to turn the outer ring/cover, in order to see it.

Man, this is so stupid.

Thanks,

KMD hopefully this is a discernible explanation.
First look at the end of the air tube where the pressure gauge is located see first picture. That end cap that the pressure gauge is seated in spins. If you spin that end cap you will find a hole drilled in it.

Keep spinning the end cap around until you find another hole underneath that cap that will line up exactly with the hole in the end cap. Picture 2.

You should have received a fill probe that looks like picture 3. Mine has a foster fitting adapter on it so I can use the same fill line set up as I use on my Daystate.

You then push the probe into the hole all the way down so it is seated properly. Picture 4. Hook up your fill line and watch the pressure gauge on the end cap to monitor the air gun cylinder pressure. Don't fill over 220 bar. Hopefully this helps.

Hey guys, I appreciate the input, especially the pictures.

The method you both described, is exactly what I did first. BUT, nothing is happening!? I had a Marauder before and I needed to pump a few times, before the gauge in the pump would show the pressure that is in the air reservoirs. This time however, I pump and pump, and nothing happens. I can tell that the air is not going into the gun...!?

Thanks'

I don't know about using a pump as I use a tank to fill mine. Maybe the air cylinder on the bobcat is larger than the maruader and it requires more pumping to register. I have used both holes to fill. The long end of the probe that has a hole in it (also has the 2 white / clear o rings on it) gets inserted into the hole first. You can see in the picture the end with the hex head buts up into the side of the air cylinder

Mine reads 155. Have not paid that close attention to it when shooting or otherwise. I have only had mine for a week so I'm still feeling it out so to speak. I have a .30 caliber so not sure if that means anything. I can't change power settings on my .30. I believe you can on the .22 and .25 so maybe that is why it would read something other than 140.
