How its made Carbon Fiber Tank

Thank you for posting that video. I worked at a job shop 10 years ago and had a Parker Hannifin R&D facility up the street that I made tooling for their carbon fiber wrapping machine. Instead of an aluminum liner they were using a rubber bladder. They had FedEx chassis’s in the shop that the tanks were going on for compressed natural gas. They would test the bladders in the truck dock in the back of the building by pressurizing with water to failure.
The wrapping process took hours and hours as the tanks were about seven feet long. Never heard if the project was successful.
