How long can you leave a PCP Rifle charged? Can it live behind the door for a couple of weeks between shots, or does it need to be depressurized after a shooting session?

Basically indefinitely. The gun should be stored charged
depressurizing after each use would be a real fun killer and waisted air which can be expensive. I've heard that depressurizing can cause problems.

I would probably depressurize to 1000 psi but only if I planned on storing it for 5 years and no intended use.
That should be enough to keep the seals seated while possibly extending the life of the tank.

It’s best to store pressurized and keep the seals seated and sealed. The only caveat to this comes with regulated guns. Keep in mind that often after a regulated gun sits the pressure behind the regulator in the plenum area changes and the first couple of shots may not be “good”.
