How many FPS is the Impact Power Block good for, vs non-power block M3?

Can anyone comment on what sort of FPS bump they got when upgrading a non-power block M3 to power block? Either what FPS increase you saw when using the same settings, or how much lower the reg setting was after to achieve the same speed as before. I also wonder if most of the value is only at higher power levels?

Here's the performance of other mods I've made note of:

Pin probe: +10-15fps
Barrel length: +40-50fps per 100mm
Hammer weight/spacers: BIG CHANGE, ~20bar less reg pressure needed using the two spacers

I am trying to figure out what is it that you actually after? Like what fps jump would be there between two "powerblocks - the original and the updated?
All magic is in the unrestricted air path.
I don't have a M3, I have the MK2 that came out with a PP first time.
I purchased a second = spare set of Rear Block + Valve Housing + Valve Rod and changed the air path transfer holes from 6.5mm to 7.2mm, also made a new peek poppet.
When I finished all these changes on spare parts I just replaced the original parts from the MK2 with modded parts.
The jump was aggressive ;)
And I just increased the transfer holes OD by 0.7 mm
So that MK2 for 2 years did not justify buying a new "power gun".
What I am saying, you can do diy or you can play and buy parts new again and again and play and buy...
Here are my specs for high power (original MK2 PowerPlenum):
- 145 bar on Reg, Hammer stroke still 2mm adjustment left, that means probably an extra 20-30 fps @ 160 bars.
- ZAN 37 gn 1080 fps
- ZAN 41 gn 1050 fps
- ZAN 44 gn 1005 fps

Thanks for the info. I am simply looking for how much performance gain one sees by upgrading a non-power block original M3 to power block. The way I see it that could be gauged two ways:

1. using the same tune settings as before the power block was installed, what is the new speed after the power block is installed?

or

2. tuning to the same projectile speed as before the power block was installed, how much lower is the new reg pressure after the power block is installed?
