I've run 7500 rounds thru my 22 wildcat. 3 rolls of JSB's. That got me to wondering just how many rounds one of these guns are good for? Other then 3 breach o-rings it hasn't missed a beat. I've got a couple of powder burners that at 10,000 rounds, there was almost no rifling left.

From what I've read about the subject, which isn't a huge amount, you can likely expect that your barrel wouldn't be worn out after a couple hundred thousand shots. The barrels on air rifles just don't take nearly the punishment that powder burners produce. Someone with more knowledge on the subject will chime in I'm sure. I'm curious to hear a more definitive answer myself.
