How much air to leave in an air rifle or a tank during shipping?

If i was going to sell my m3 with 300bar bottle on here from TN and only ship to the lower 48

I'd ship it filled above set point but not full fill personally.

My PCP came with 200bar in the bottle. That's the pressure they tested it with and that's how I got it.

I've purchased alot of airguns and all of them came charged with air. I'd say whatever pressure is currently in the tank is fine for shipping.

As a round number the owner can easily check / reference upon receiving his PCP back after a MHAGTS Spa visit .. @ 2K is common.

That’s what I’d say for the same reason. 2k or 3k.

On a side note,
It’s required to be shipped ground transport.

I think what you guys are recommending is fine for domestic shipments but just in case somebody looks at this who is making an international shipment I would drain it entirely for those. I bought 3 P35s from Krale and they all came completely empty. My 3 domestically shipped guns all came pressurized as you are saying.
