How many 12 gram CO2 cartridges are needed to fire 200 BBs continuously? Semi- or full-auto. I'm working on a little design project and could use some experience in setting up parameters.

depends on how much is released with each hammer strike of the valve and/or the power level .. typical co2 guns get between 30-50 shots per cartridge ..

1st of all CO2 needs recovery time to boil and build pressure back up. So go big on the plenum. I think it would be about
maybe....if... 20 decent fast fired bb shots from 1 cylinder, before resting
200 shots without stopping could be 10 cylinders
