At least several times a day. Mostly indoors as my remote work office space has a unique turn chair left 90* feature that offers my tripod setup and 12 yard range across the basement.

I practice mainly for Springer Field target.
Two weeks prior to a major competition, I try to shoot everyday to get my technique down to muscle memory and watching for odd fliers/POI shifts.
In between, I'm monitoring the performance of the gun. As most who shoot springers know, it's either breaking in or wearing out. During these sessions, I chrono the gun, breaking in the back up rifle, trying different pellets, verifying or confirming my dope, testing out scopes, practicing off hand. etc...maybe 3 times a week.

I'm fortunate to live out in the boondocks and have the convenience of a 150yd range in the backyard, so I shoot nearly every day. In the winter I put on my snowshoes and shoot out back or in my garage/shop with a pellet trap if it's really cold out.

I've been taking some big afternoon naps so that I can be awake through parts of the night. Whenever I hear raccoons chattering to each other near our yard, I walk about, looking for target practice.

Anything below zero. Typical temps in Jan-Feb can be -10 during the day and down to -40 F at night. Not much daylight in the middle of winter either. Sun sets at 4:00pm then.

really the part of cold i do not like is all the layers one has to put on , just to take the garbage out to the can, then just come in and take it all off again .

Don’t have a regular schedule, I just shoot when there’s time and I feel like it. That said, I’ve been out once this month.

I shoot almost everyday, weather allowing, even if it’s just a few pellets down range. Am blessed to have a large backyard to shoot in. I remind myself of that when mowing and weed whacking…

At least every two days with springers , my 2 pcps sight in and use when needed for long distance pesting. 50-75 yards. Springers 50 yards or less. Target shooting , take the springers out to 100 just because lol
