Keep in mind that those digital gauges are often only accurate to between 1% - 2% of the reading. So 111 bar is equal to the range of 108.8 - 113.2 bar, 107 bar is equal to the range of 104.9 - 109.1, and 105 bar is equal to the range of 102.9 - 107.1. Note that all of those ranges overlap with one another on the ends.
So with the overlap, the readings you provided fall between 102.9 bar to 113.2 bar just taking into account the error on the three spurious readings you took (105, 107, 111). Knowing this, it probably makes little sense for you to fret over whether the reading is 107 or 111 since both overlap within each others range of error. It's really splitting hairs since your equipment does not have the accuracy nor the resolution to provide you with readings that are adequate enough to allow you to be so picky.
