Why does no one read the rules, regulations, user manual, operating instructions, bylaws, EULAs, warranty, guaranty, care and storage recommendations, safety warnings or any other obvious required reading, before jumping in and then wondering why they have a problem?

Correct...you need to have more than 10 posts and/or replies to other post on the forum before you're allowed to list and items in the classified section.
