I have a new bullet design that is already finished... I am waiting for MP mold to put it in production... Hopefully soon. I am waiting on MP mold for a while now, but he is very busy...

OK. I got the impression from you, that the revolving magazine reduced accuracy, compared to single loading the chamber. there is no reason this should be, if indexing and clearances are kept near zero. I do understand that universal things typically are not the best for any single purpose, often suffering from compromises and poor design, but not always, especially if the design, tolerances and materials are maximized, without prioritizing costs.
As for bullet availability, Surely there are manufacturers or mold companies that can produce bullets that are at least as good as the original Huben bullets. I guess it comes down to the limited demand. I have no problem casting my own bullets and look forward to doing so.

I think I know the answer to both of the above questions.
Gmiestore is offering .217 size that work best with FX STX slug barrels. Other airguns do not have a chamber and they fit in those as well, touching only the lands.
Huben does have a chamber but it is bigger and requires a bigger size of slugs, ideally somewhere around .223 on the rear side...

GMI is working on .223 flat base slug die for Huben. Machining trials are underway on boat tail inserts as well. The thing is, GMI started with an intention to provide slug swaging dies for Huben owners, but it got support from FX community for its R&D so things went the FX way.

For K1 V2 (and all other K1 with stock barrel), 5.52 is the best option.
Good to know that they intend to make dies .223 for K1 as well... I hope I get to try them

My understanding has been that 5.55 is good for K1 V2 which has got a non-chocked barrel. 5.52 is good for K1 V1 which has got a chocked barrel. Is that not the case ?

Yes, you are correct, 5,55 is better for unchoked barrel and 5,52 is better for choked. As far as I know, all K1 stock barrels are choked.

the K1 V1 and the K1 V2 and a K1 V4

It is stated that :
1. .22 mold for slugs that fit high power choked or un-choked PCPs (5,52 mm equivalent to pellet head size)
2. .22 mold for slugs for Huben K1 V1 and V2 that also fit high power un-choked PCPs (5,55 mm equivalent to pellet head size)
I have therefore ordered the 5.55 mold for my Huben K1 V2. Should I have ordered the 5.52 mold instead ?

5,55 will work with about same accuracy as 5,52, but they are harder to push in the magazine.
It also depends on the hardness of the alloy you use to cast. Personally, I recommend 5,52 if you still have possibility to change your order, but make sure you user harder alloy...
If you cannot change your order, then I would not worry either, just use slightly softer alloy. Either way, you will have to experiment to get the slugs right shape (casting of these small slugs takes some practice) and hardness...
