First large pest for the semi-auto GK1 22 pistol. Trying to tear down some bird boxes. Double tap in the noggin with Predator GTOs at 900fps. 40y out with a red dot, illuminated by a red security light. Dropped straight out of the tree and did the breakdance.

Thanks Dave! To be clear, it wasn’t offhand! It was however nice to just open the window, rest on the sill and get it done. One shot would likely be enough, but I’d been practicing double taps. This pistol is the king in that respect. No reg to refresh between shots and a sublime, linkage-free 2 stage trigger with a 6oz second stage. The two shots were only 0.25in apart. No doubt some luck there but I know from sound recording that this rig can put out a second shot in ~150 milliseconds!
