Hi everyone. I had to disassemble my GK1 and now the magazine can be slightly rotated half a chamber back and forth when it's locked. The gun shoots so it's not really an issue but before it was rock solid when the lever was pushed in. I want it to operate perfectly as it was. Can anyone tell me why it is like that now? Thanks

I think you should disassemble the pistol again and check the magazine detent. You have made an assembly error. The gun is NOT SAFE! Do not shoot it until this issue is resolved.

No, when you remove the magazine, there is a roller detent at the top. That is what is not functioning. I'm not there, you are.

I've checked it and everything looks ok. After reassemble it was still the same. But there are no malfunctions or safety issues. It's been fired a lot. I must correct myself of how I described the play of the magazine. When it's locked it's not moving in CW direction only a little bit CCW.

I don't think it is OK. Bring it to someone that knows. . . . . . Don't shoot it until someone else looks at this issue.

You are fine. The pistol has always had that function in mine pre disassembly and post. I've actually been able to rotate one slot back. Shot thousands of round from 22fpe out to 73fpe with no issues.

Mine does that too. I can turn the mag about half a slot ccw. It's not an issue as far as I'm aware. As long as the mag cannot spin freely when the lever is down, you're good.
