Talking of the GoGun pic rail, I’ve picked one, it’s a massive improvement over my bodge job and absolutely solid

I like that, looks like the front locks in to the dove and the back is secured by a screw. where did you get it? I have the .25 and have a red dot on it, but would like to mount a compact pistol scope when i turn it into a carbine.

It’s aluminium and from GoGun, I was a bit apprehensive about how solid it would be, but it locks in great to the dovetail and screws down nice and secure

When I checked it out, I initially balked at the price. But thinking about it, it would take me quite a bit of time to machine on a manual mill. Mine will be here today, now I can take off the red dot my astigmatism doesn't like and put my 6x prism on instead

You can attach a cut and filed 11mm dovetail riser to an m-loc picatinny rail, for the front attachment point.

Think I need a different approach for my Picatinny rail. I removed the OEM "shroud" since it's non functional and made a functional CF shroud. So there's no shroud dovetail to hook onto. Probably have to modify the GK1. (Drill and tap a hole.) Have to investigate a good (safe) spot to drill.

@AJ_Roberts & @zx10wall what kind of groups can I expect with a regulated Gk1V3? Rested at 12 & 30 yd.
Wad cutters at 12yd and whatever is accurate at 30.
