Huben does not sell direct. That website is just another dealer. The best Huben dealer to order from is Krazcool Airguns. The guy who runs it, Kelly, is the most knowledgeable when it comes to repairing the GK1. Don’t rush it just to buy off some other dealers who don’t know the Gk1 as well as Kelly. If it needs repairs for the more advanced parts you’ll be glad you went with https://krazcool.com/

Kelly at Kraz Cool is the only vendor I deal with as well. Is the most knowledgeable and is also authorized for repairs.

Won't name other vendors but have heard quite a bit of commentary during conversations with Huben3D customers on non-ideal interactions from other vendors when looking for help with repairs.

If you want both pre-sale and post-sale support, Kraz Cool is the way.
