FX HUMA AIR REBUILD KITS

Just a follow up: No place I contacted, (incl. AOA), carries the HUMA AIR O-ring rebuild kit for the Impact regulators. And I contacted a whole lotta places.

I'll have to pay shipping from HUMA-AIR in the Netherlands. I find this very disturbing; there should be stateside support for these 3rd party items.

If I've missed a place, please let me know, thanks.

I have been to the Huma-air website and there is no option for untracked shipping. Standard shipping is the only option at 34+ euros which is around 35 bucks.

Ok, the internal Huma reg orings are 1.5 X 4, the external are the same as FX.
Here's a text file of info I made.
The delrin disc is 4mm. I don't know of any other place to get them, so I ordered a handful when ordering a reg. I suppose you could get some delrin sheet and cut them out, but not worth the hassle. Orings are easy to find. You can just flip it over if you haven't used the other side and it'll work fine.

Now if I could only find a US source for belleville springs, but I order and extra set every time I have a Huma order. It is a shame no one carries these items in the US, but it's life.

As JimD said, the Delrin disc piece is the only difficult thing to source for the Huma Regs. It has two sides - so flip it when rebuilding your reg - side B is as good as a new disc.

I just received all the o-rings to rebuild the Huma reg in my DS Wolverine from The O-Ring Store.

The girls who count out the o-rings even included a piece of Huckleberry Taffy - it’s darn good!

Yes Ed, that taffy is pretty darn good
But also, very hard
You have to chew on it a lot
But by the time it runs out of flavor it's 70 DURO and better than Buna

You can get the Delrin Disc from AoA. As a matter of fact, the full reg build kit (including the disc) for DS PCPs are available for something like $15 through AoA.
