Huma Air is an excellent company to buy from, they stand by their products. I bought a 26 mm brass body pressure gauge from them and it was off by 50 bar. Emailed them through their website contact link, supplied the order number and date. Their reply was that their gauges have a + or - 4% accuracy and that 50 bar was too much. They are sending a replacement free of charge, sent yesterday and with email verification. No need to pay shipping to send back defective gauge.

I had bought a mini gauge to fit the front of a Wildcat Gen I, yet while it said it shipped, it wasn't in the box with the other ordered items. So I sent them an email stating same. Received an apology for the issue and had another on the way that day.
