HUMA goes above and beyond

So, as you may have read, I use Huma regulators in my air guns, and have experimented with the reg in my .22 Daystate Renegade and have a fairly long post about it on here. I also have one in my .30 FX Bobcat.
Well, after a few thousand shots, the reg started to creep... It would stop the creep after about a 10 bar increase, from 165b to 175b. I discussed this via e-mail with Huub, and he told me that flipping over the Delrin disc usually fixed this issue. I flipped over the disc as he recommended, but the reg continued to creep, and I also think the pressure adjustment screw would slowly turn to a higher pressure setting. I noticed this when I removed the reg after I again had noticed the creep, and saw that it was set somewhere above 175b, when I had set it to 165b on the tape showing reg set pressure. I noticed that the brass colored set screw was very loose, in that I could easily turn it with my finger vice having to use a screwdriver as I had in the past, for this reg and for the two I was experimenting with on my Renegade.
So, I contacted Huub again, and he was going to send me another adjustment screw/valve "needle" so I could replace it myself. These regs are very simple to disassemble and reassemble, so no big deal.
Imagine my surprise when I opened the envelop last evening, and found an entire Huma regulator for my .30 FX Bobcat!
Thanks Huub, I truly appreciate it! If this isn't the best customer service I don't know what is...

Yep Huma has the best customer satisfaction rating just for that reason...it obviously meant more to Huub for you to be thrilled with his product than the money he lost to do this for you. And by the way, you can actually use a drop of Vibra-Tite threadlocker on that adjustment screw because it does not require heat and can be cleaned off completely later with Acetone if you wish.
Best regards, Chuck
