Huma MOD40 vs DonnyFL Koi?

I've moved to Huma suppressors.
A two segment Huma, M40 is about the same dimension as the DonnyFL, Tatsu
On every gun (both rifle and pistol) that I've tried both suppressors on, the Huma wins on being able to hush the sound. Note, this comment is as noted, indoors, and by ear detection only.

In any case, the Huma suppressor group wins every time, on account of it's ease of adjustability, being able to add or subtract segments to suit the sound to what YOU like.

I have a Koi and I am testing one of OldSpook's 3D printed mods. To the best of my ear and cheap phone dB meter equally good. I would LOVE to try a Huma if I could find a USA source for one. I'm a bit twitchy if it has to come through US customs. Would be grateful for a link to a USA reseller if anyone has one. Regards, Badger
Edgun west and palm beach airguns both have them.

Another super quiet moderator is Weihrauc’s. I’ve ordered them from airgunspares.com in the UK - reasonable shipping and no issues with customs. The Weihrauch is less expensive than Huma and basically the same design (hair curlers and felt), except 30mm tube with 3 “sections” inside - sections are divided by washers.

This design works far better at suppressing sound than my Donnys - and you can tweak it by adding more sections, more felt, etc.

I posted in a different thread about my Ronin/STO Falx/Huma 40 comparison. The 40 was the quietest by a couple of db's but the accuracy opened up more than I liked. I was using all four segments and it didn't appear to be clipping. This past week I figured I'd give it another go but try two, three, and four segments.
Two segments accuracy was excellent, sound reduction wasn't nearly as good.
Three segments accuracy was excellent, sound reduction was excellent, actually better by 4-5 dB's over the Ronin and Falx.
Four segments accuracy was poor again and sound reduction was worse than three segments.

I am going with the theory that I'm getting some minor clipping that I can't see on the mod itself which obviously is affecting the accuracy as well as the actual sound of the clipping increasing the noise.
