I replaced the Crosmann regulator in my Marauder F&T .177 with the Huma version and the velocity is all over the place. I had a couple of shots in the 930's followed up by one in the mid 500's and then one in the 750's. I also had one over 1400 fps I have the regulator set at 140 bar which is close to where the Crossman was set. I took around 20-25 shots in total. Any suggestions?

With the F&T model reg up against the valve and minimal plenum, not sure what Huma reg was fitted ?

Yes, they claim it is a direct drop in replacement for the oem regulator but I don't know if it is different from the one used in the regular Marauder.

maybe turn it down 150 200 psi , i think your factory reg is 1800 1850 psi , you may be getting a little valve lock

and be shure you clean all the silicone oil from hammer and housing area , that can get gunky in there ,

Thanks for the response. I set it at 140 because the Crosmann regulator is set to 2050 psi which is slightly higher than 140 bar.
