Tuning Huma regulator in RAW

Just received a Huma to install in my RAW. Went to Huma site and no information on installing in in the RAW air rifles. I also have a brass peice that I have no idea where it goes or what it does. I have had the factory RAW regulator out before to adjust it, but don't remember seeing this brass piece. Thanks for any help.

There is a flat headed screw on the one side counter clockwise is higher pressure clockwise is lower pressure the brass piece then goes in over top the adjuster screw which is the end the bottle screws into seat it all the way down I screwed mine in with a little needle nose pliers threw the holes doesn't need to be super tight and the nipple goes out towards the bottle to open the bottle should say on the package what the reg is set at

This is what the RAW regular is set now just shy of 140 BAR. I was told it should be set 125-130 BAR. I'm pushing .177 13.4gr. @ 800fps. I turned the factory reg.up 1/4 turn from when I first bought it ,tuned to shoot 13.4@ 800fps. ,because it started shooting off and I couldn't turn the hammer spring in enough to achieve 800fps. So I bought a Huma and screwed it into my Bob's Tester by hand to see what it was set to and adjust it and it screws in easy all the way. When I tried unscrewing it...it started getting hard to turn, finally got it out. Tried to install it in my RAW and Huma threads are F***ed up.SO...putting in my factory RAW regulator. I have been told to take out the hammer and spring clean and lube them , maybe that was the issue I was having, not sure.

Stainless steel can gall under high pressure that's same kind of thing happened to me when removing the bottle after about 6 times it doesn't come with any directions and I know silicone is no good so I asked for there opinion on what to use for lube and told them I live in the USA so shipping it back would be expensive for me to do and they helped me out with a new replacement
