I almost never put companies on blast but what I experienced with Huma this past Month proves they don’t take care of issues.
Specifically getting the run around from Dean in customer service. Obviously been lied to couple times. The package has been rolling around and scanned every day for the past month in the Netherlands. Obviously they’re being an issue with the label. A month after ordering the products Huma still won’t reship the order properly.
As an Airgun business owner I would never EVER keep a customer hanging like this not to mention it wasn’t a high dollar order. I know when someone is giving me a runaround.
