Hunting with tripods

WOW!! This combo is awesome! I think this is going to be a game changer for me. Can go from prone all the way to standing with a very solid feel. The bucket setup is absolutely rock solid and plan on shooting in my backyard that way from now on. Man this is going to be fun!

So I guess you found out that the tripod has resistance when you move it in any direction so when you fix on a target it is steady. It’s a game changer!

Yes sir! I did need to mount the gun as close to the center as possible for that but that makes sense. But it is extremely nice. The head moves so smooth on it yet with good resistance and just so much area I can cover just swiveling around the tripod.

If you ever get the chance I highly recommend the BOG Deathgrip, usually on sale at Amazon for $120 for the aluminum version. Works best with rifles but I have also been able to get my bullpups to mount. I'm thinking about getting the mid-evil table tripod. Doing some more investigation into it first. Currently using a bipod for the table.

I like the setups gentlemen. The Mid-evil Industries products have caught my eye as well. their smaller setups look perfect for compact airguns, saw a Leshiy classic with one on FB and it looked very nice and practical.
