HW/Weihrauch HW44 question

I recently got an HW44 .177 pistol. Ive got it shooting a JSB 8.4 pellet at 798fps avg which is roughly 12ftp of energy. The pistol seems to be shooting consistent on the chronograph, but Im only getting 10-13 shots per fill from 200bar down to 120bar in the green zone. Is this normal for an HW44? There also seems to be air escaping on each side of the rear of the air cylinder on each shot. Is that normal for an HW44? Is that an exhaust port blow off or is it an o ring seal issue? My only experience with air pistols is a Crosman 1720T I use for pistol field target matches. Thanks in advance for any and all info.

I get one magazine per fill with mine. Not an issue for me. I hand pump to 190 bar and shoot 10 rounds with scary accuracy. Hand pumping is just 20 strokes. I'm not down in yellow when I refill. As for air escaping, don't know what to tell you except there may be an o-ring issues.
So you are not feeling any air blast on either side of the pistol when fired? Im assuming there is an o ring issue somewhere. It would be very noticeable if you felt it during the shot. Thx, Ron

I have a 22 and I get over 20 shots at around 700 FPS pump with a GX. The last 5 to 8 shots of my 3 mags drop into the 600 to 650 range, I still shoot all 3 mags. You’re correct, crazy accurate and smooth.
