Yessir, I understood they are in the Netherlands and aware of the time difference. The real issue stems from me sending them money to their IBAN/BAC as provided in an email. I had confirmation of fund distribution within three days. Krale says they did not receive. Figure by now (December) their bean counters will notice a surplus from last month (November). But doubt any dots will be connected due to the two separate email threads I had going with their customer service. I’m chalking it up to a loss and pressing forward with my HW50S aspirations. I have another from a CONUS supplier on order. I suspect I’ll get a ship email this week.Achthoevenweg 36
