HW75 Compression Cylinder Question

I have a residue forming on the top of the HW75 compression chamber. When I wipe it off, it is right back the next shot cycle. Is this something to be concerned about? Is there any lubrication needed? What is the recommended lubrication for a SSP?

is that dirty lube? But strange that it is on the outside of the cylinder.

I use pellgun oil, same as used in my pumpers.

There was some off-white grease on the piston of my HW45 when I bought it, new.
I left it there. The more that I shoot it, the darker it gets, which would be pretty normal.

Maybe just condensation from air conditions . This time of year and all i get it on my guns ?

Its nothing to worry about, simply residual OEM lube getting forced out the tube onto piston.
I have cleaned out the OEM yellow/brown lube and gone with Pellgun or Air tool oil…

I’ve only used Mac 1 secret sauce. Works great.
