N/A HW95

Hey y'all, I just purchased a .20 cal HW95N and was wondering what pellets your shooting brand and weight.
Thanks. Finally took a picture. I put a little blue tape on the sling swivel to keep it from scratching the barrel. She won't be winning the beauty contest, but she sure does shoot well

Both the H&N FTT 11.42gr or JSB Exact 13.73gr will shoot very well.

p.s. - You can also consider both the H&N Baracuda 13.58 gr or the JSB Heavy 15.89gr .20 caliber pellets, both of which also shoot well in mine but the FTT's and JSB 13.73 are both that hair better at least in mine for accuracy.

Enjoy your new gun. One thing about .20 caliber is there is a small selection but it is all high quality and you don’t have to try out too many pellets .

My (4) HW .20's prefer the JSB 13.73's.
They shoot best above 700+ fps -> the faster the better.

Thanks, I noticed there wasn't a lot of options for ammo. Once I find the right pellet I will be stocking up.

I currently don't have any .20's, but if I did once I figured out what pellet my gun liked I'd try and buy up a lifetime supply of it. There seems to be universal agreement that the remaining .20 pellets are all pretty good, but it wouldn't take much for the supply of them to disappear. I think there're only two makers left at this point.

2nd time I noticed a heavier pellet (H&N 13gr) having a tighter fit and higher poi than a lighter pellet (H&N 11gr) at 25yards. Both shooting well out of my HW95N .20 The 11gr are traveling +-800 fps, but I haven't chrono the 13gr

can anybody tell me what the best distance is to zero this gun shooting 11.42gr at 800fps and what would be the 2nd zero (more or less). Im using Iron sights Williams and globe.

I shoot stock irons and I'm zeroed at 10m and 50y (.177). Then I shoot enough I pretty much know the trajectory arc and compensate for that ..

Biggest thing is to learn your gun by getting out there and shoot , shoot , shoot , in the end it's not what anybody tells you what's good for them but what you find what's good for you and that gun with a dedicated pellet you find it and you like best ..

So like I say it's the 3p's

Yeah, I'm loving it. Pretty much a perfect gun for free hand shooting.
