Hi all new to the group, so i have been gifted a hw98 in .177. When i cock it sometimes the cocking arm drops out or just jumps and then dosent cock. What is likely to be wrong with it?

Ok.. ive heard of them ..lol. Here air guns of Arizona seems to do the same thing or stamp u.s.a i hear tell..Hull cartrridge, for a long time mabie still they were the only importer of weihrauch. Iv just shot it in my shop. Id bet money in its not even seen half a tin of pellets in its life. Im in love

What and how does the barrel have to do with power? So i take a Uk low power gun put a high powered USA barrel on it and it converts it to full usa power?I know the subject comes up but I still believe it's about power level liability when it's imported. I know the barrel doesn't determine power but IMHO it's a good place to stamp it. My 3 HWs were from AOA and they are marked USA. For the record, I bought a .22 barrel for my HW95 from AOA. It is marked DE.
