Does anyone have a place to order 17.17x1.78 (70) O rings in the US?

I have searched all over and can't locate any.

That's a 01-017 US sized o-ring. Exact size, is this a test? Regards, Tom

Depending on where it's used, sometimes you can get away with a slightly larger or smaller one.

Yeah, usually when you see too many numbers after the decimal point that aren’t the number 5, start looking at standard orings.
