Money first, not only money first, that money deposited cleared and withdrawn first, then it's real.

Exactly why I use PayPal,cashapp, chime, instantly transfer to another online account ... It's not real until it's safe from a horse crap fraudulent claim. I go beyond to prove and receive acknowledgement I've done my end. Photo and email evidence of everything, certified delivery. I took a 750 buck hit from some POS who signed on delivery and claimed he got nothing. Took 180 days of dispute before I got the money back PayPal took out of my account. Now I only add my bank or debit card long enough to receive and withdraw the funds, then delete the information. Never again.

I am in the process of selling my motor home. The scammers come out of the woodwork, the bigger the bucks, the more scammers are attracted. I've bought and sold for years. Some are downright entertaining. We are up against 14 YO kids in their mom's basement, and state sponsored terrorists funding their terror. And everything in between.

Ok. So I listed a gun on classified for xxx amount. It's over $1000 of course. I got a pm by a buyer saying they want to buy my gun for the asking price. I offered free shipping and I will pay the pp fees. All buyer have to do is pay the asking price which he agrees to. Then he later said he don't trust me sending the money. Like wtf. I am a member since 2019. He only join may 2024. So who don't trust who here? Lmao. I am looking for advice. How do you guys sell guns over $1000 in here? Since we all strangers no one trust anyone lol. Buyers don't trust seller sending money, seller don't trust buyer they might do charged back saying they didn't get item or item wasn't what they wanted. How do you go about dealing with this?

For me is simple..I don't sell him anything. That kind of buyer is always a problem..have patience and wait for the next..
