One pellet wasn't pushed all the way in and the skirt was pushed against the metal of the gun while the magazine was being turned by the mechanism on the other side. If you understand how the mechanism works, and how the magazine is held in place, you'll understand that's obviously what will happen when a pellet isn't all the way in. I saw it happen and recreated it. I could recreate it again and so could anyone if you really want to understand how that happens.
Not a problem in my opinion. The pellets are held in there fine by a rubber gasket (of sorts) on the inside of the magazine. I don't think a pellet has moved at all if it was installed properly. This has happened to my WC .25 twice in approx 750 pellets and the second time I realized what happened.
