I have Forgotten Just How Fun A .177 Can Be!

I had to go back to my start with the red rider, and totally forgotten just how fun a .177 can be! I know I need to put this little pea shooter up and get back to the Big Boy stuff...But man it keeps me from using tins and tins of those more costly pellets. It is backyard friendly as well, and a backyard pest killer... I can have fun at a club match trying to knock off some of those who are having a bad day

I had great fun with my full auto mini Uzi co2 .177 BB gun for 2-3 weeks until it broke. 

I always wondered why nobody made a larger caliber BB gun that used round balls (which are essentially BBs, only bigger).

I think a 25 caliber mini UZI BB gun that fired low cost round balls at 400fps would be even more fun than the .177 version. There is definitely unexploited opportunities in that end of the market. Plenty of fun to be had with a low cost backyard plinker. I just wish more of them were built to last. 

I'm not sure a Red Ryder could do it for me anymore but that Winchester 1892 replica .177 co2 gun looks like a lot of fun.
