I just tried some jsb jumbo extremes 22 cal

Doppler radar can help show that. Usually it is because the base is unstable in the flight path in relation to its speed. All bullets rotate on their axis, so the spiral is just a symptom of a larger rotation due to a round with a hollow void or imbalanced in flight. What power level do you have the Cayden turned to? Have you the specs on the pellet manufacturer's preferred twist rate?

If you mean Jumbo Express they are light 14.3gr and probably shoot way better not at max power like rather in between 1/2 and 2/3 power on the dial since you are shooting blind without a chrony.

It's just a guess where the 14.3gr Jumbo Express likes. You better off with the 15.9gr at 2/3 power and 18.1gr at max power when shooting past 50 yards.

If you are shooting flat head Exact Match of course it ain't accurate at 60 yards no matter what. You need domed or pointed past 30 yards.
