HW/Weihrauch I need a lot of practice w/ my HW95.............................................

As some others have suggested, I recommend using a front bag only with a soft cloth so the rifle can recoil freely. I put my off hand on the front of the rifle and use a light hold on the pistol grip. I focus on pulling the trigger straight backwards with a gentle amount of pressure.

The HW95 is a great rifle, I have two of them. I gave a friend my R9 and he has killed at least 20 red squirrels with it. He used to think they were "cute" until they ate his tractors wiring to hell. Now he shoots them onsite or on the bird feeder.

I suggest the H&N Field Target Trophy 8.64 pellets. German rifle, German pellets.

I get a little less than an inch @ 25 yards. My smallest groups come from JSB light weight 7.33 gr match pellets.

Dont sound too awful bad just starting out with a new gun ..

Maybe a few more tins to tighten it up some..

I was able to get 4 of 5 to touch yesterday using H&N FTT 8.64's and I'm waiting on a slick silver front bag from Protektor due this Friday. I need to order a few more cans of the FTT's as I only have around 100 left in my first can.
