I owe Matias from RTI an Apology

I’ll start this off by doing exactly what I need to do, and that is to publicly apologize to Matias from RTI, he fixed my issue even though I acted like a Karen in an email.

I feel like having my phone, my laptop or my tablet on me has made me an impatient individual, before all of this, if I would not have gotten a package for two weeks, I would’ve never batted an eyelash, now, if it sits in a warehouse for an extra day, I’m livid, and for what? It’s customs, they’re checking the package for the company and my protection, period! It has turned me into, a selfish, spoiled little brat, from now on, I will order, keep the order and tracking information and put the technology down, 46 years old and I act like a child over a tracking number and a miss understanding. So again Matias, I’m sorry, publicly, for acting like a (male equivalent of a Karen) you all make an outstanding product, and I look forward to doing a lot of business with you in the future.
