I think i have been wasting my time with JTS

Fun thing about these threads: it reinforces more and more the fact that every gun is unique lol. I enjoy the process of finding out what each likes, but holy moly my wallet does not.

I hope the manufacturers don’t read them and conclude that it’s not a pellet quality problem because we just haven’t tried enough types of pellets. Because pellet quality is always a problem these days. Finding a gun that really likes a pellet only minimizes that problem.

I have no access to AEA pellets at all, or JTS heavier 25gn pellets (in Canada), the heaviest I can get is 21.5 gn.
So far I still have couple tins of MRD's from a larger order two years ago. These behave decent @ 50M rings, @ 77M still acceptable, but @ 100M falling short of my trust.
So far I don't see a .22 pellet that can be shot for scoring rings @ 100 M.

I have more than good results with H&N in any of my guns ,why would i be trying other brands ?

I have shot a lot of all mentioned. The AEA and JTS both seem to be outperforming the JSBs for me. I do have several older tins of AA pellets that are still great performers.

I've had nothing but great results with JTS 25.39 IN 25 and 16.08 in .22. Best results of pellets other than the FX 25.4s, 34s in .25 and 15.9s in 22
