. . . don't fix it. I'm sure most of you know the saying.
So I'm working from home this week - there are three of us (network support) and we're on a rotating WFH schedule during this current time. So anyway - earlier today around lunchtime I thought I'd go out in the back yard and shoot my little .177 m-rod that I had hoped ( still holding out hope?? ) to use for FT this summer with a local club. I've not shot it in quite a while as I recently picked up a new .22 that I've been spending a fair amount of time playing with.
So anyway ... I have the m-rod zeroed at 28 yards which seems to give me a pretty flat trajectory for a FT range - 10-55 yards. I grabbed my bucket and sticks and sat down out at around 39/40 yards out in the back yard. First two shots a tad low - "oh yeah ... 28 yards -- need a little hold over..." I'm mumbling to self. I don't have a dope sheet or anything on me but I can see where they hit - ok - hold over just a touch. Pew! Pew!
It's cold out (AGAIN . . . . {sigh}). I ain't touchin' this thing - it shoots like a little laser. Four shots - it's cold out - I'm done. ( lol ) I had thought about messing around with it some but . . . nah. Those little orange shoot-n-see things are . . . I don't know - maybe the size of a U.S. dime?
If it ain't broke . . .
