I have been trying to complete my profile for a couple months with no luck. My excuse is I'm old and not very keyboard savvy. Maybe a moderater can assist me.

If you are stuck at "Watch your first forum" like below then you need minimum 10 posts and then follow one of your own post.

Actually that is incorrect. I was following and watching several threads I created. I even toggled watching and unwatching a thread with no change. It actually has to be follow a section of the forum, IE general pcp field target etc. its next to the create thread section.

Southerngunner, in order to complete the profile like in the picture that JBT showed above, you need to follow a section of the forum. To do this, go to a forum section, IE general pcp, field target etc and at the top right left of the post thread button is one for follow. Click this and choose your options. It will then complete your profile section. I've put an arrow showing it below.
You can then hit the same button which will now read unfollow to keep from getting alerts should you decide to.
