I'm starting to see....

why people spend big bucks for some top tier guns. I've been shooting air guns for over 60 years and pcp's for about the last 5 years. My pcp's have been what I guess you would call low to mid level guns (Benjamin Cayden, Akela, Marauder, Disco, DAR). I recently decided to get a better quality gun and after some research decided on a RAW HMS1000 (actually got 2, 1 in 0.22 and 1 in 0.25). All I can say is WOW! The trigger and accuracy is amazing. I'm not a good shot and I can still get 1/4" 5 shot groups at 50 yards! Plus I like the fact that the guns are made here in the USA! The next question is do I dare go down the rabbit hole of expensive scopes? None of my scopes were over $150, most under $100.
Yeah I took a short cut a year and a half ago and jumped into higher end PCP's or so I thought what a learning curve for a slow old guy. As for scopes, I bought a bunch of Elements for the guns (3), was having some issues, maybe the scope, maybe the fool behind them, so I tried an Arken SH-4, it just fit me, so I got a Arken ELP4, there is something that just works for me.
