Immersive 5x30 pro springer rated?

My Immersive 10x40 did well on the HW30 and the R1. No recoil or shock damage to the optic at all. The R1 does move more on recoil than the HW30 so it was unpleasant to shoot with the IO.

At this time the IO is on my built RTI Prophet 2 stacking pellet on 110 fpe pellet. A non recoiling platform is the best choice for these minimal eye relief optics.

The IO is inappropriate for centerfires or any gun generating more muzzle energy than my P2. "You'll put your eye out kid".

Thanks. Benefit of the 5x30 is there is actually a decent amount of eye relief behind it, so that isn’t what bothers me. I spent a decent amount on the scope, and don’t want to trash it on a springer if it isn’t rated for one.

It's an Element 5x30 on ProSport, not an IO 5x30 Pro on a TX200, but basically identical scopes and rifles. I did not look through his postings to see if his ProSport is sub-12 or FAC.

Here is his YouTube Channel. He posts on the UK Airgun Forums as RammersandTwangers.

Pretty sure he's had that scope on that springer for over a year now.

Where did you order your IO from? Or did you find one second hand here in the US?
