Tuning Impact leaking

In general when the air is leaking from the barrel the problem is connected with the derlin on the valve rod and the valve seat .The difference in your case is that is stop leaking when you refill at 250 bar.

If your leak continue try to check if all the threads on valve rod are tight (including and the hammer seat which is the easies to check).

If everything is tight in its position you need to check if you have scratches on the valve rod derlin or the steel valve seat in valve housing .

But because your leak is,appearing only in 175 bars, and it stops when you refill I recommend you to not disassemble the gun deeper if you don't feel comfortable with this.Try first to adjust counterclockwise the hammer spring screw as Odoyle suggests you or just move the power wheel in lower position than your max and repeat shooting to see whats happening when the pressure drops around 175 bar.
