Impact m3 first reg pressure gauges leaking.

The gauge itself has no o-ring on it, just some thread lock. However it’s resting on this guy, partnumber D58 (and F127 for the 2nd reg gauge). Called x-ring, 3.63x2.62 NBR 70.

That vas two oring ther what seized?
My best guess as to what you were trying to say here is "There were two O-rings inside, what size are they?". To which the answer is 9,3 x 2,4 NBR 90.

Dealing with the exact same problem at the moment: leaky 1st stage reg gauge. What seems to have happened is that some of the loctite they used on the threads made its way onto the bottom O-ring. I seem to have fixed it by cleaning and lubing the two O-rings before wrapping the thread with about 4 turns of plumber tape, then sliding the two O-rings back on and screwing the gauge back in.

This is the correct part, an X-ring. Part # 19762

Clean off any thread locker (inside the block and on the gauge) and just tighten 1/8 to 1/4 turn after bottoming on the X-ring. Pressure will create a very tight seal, no need to "crank" to down.
