FX Impact M3 Suppressed - how silent can it get?

I'm looking to get an FX Impact M3 Compact in .22: https://www.airgundepot.com/fx-impact-x-mkii-compact-black-air-rifle.html#AGD-520210412

I want the gun to be as quiet as possible and to be as low-power as possible. I am looking to meet the sound/power of the Benjamin 392S after 5 pumps.

Questions:
1. What suppressor/moderator will make this gun as quiet as possible?
2. What adjustments should I make to the Impact M3 to get a low-power shot for close-range (20ft) rat shooting without collateral damage? Do I just set the Macro and Micro adjustments to "1"?

In all honesty, as i work on guns and have taken an interest in suppressing especially PCPs, the only way to get to where you ask is a mod built to spec.

Point is that the store bought stuff is about fitting the masses, and as such they have to cater to ppl that won´t walk the mile needed.

Here´s the bottom line. Extremely much of this comes down to through holes on the baffles as well as end cap and to get where you want the moderator/supressor HAS to be installed on a lathe or similar using a dial indicator.
This done the through holes used can be diminished to a point where the store bought stuff simply can not compete. For a 22cal that means say a 5.8-6,0 through.
As the Impact sports a shroud stock this holds true for the through hole on the diffusor for the shroud too. Through hole needs to become smaller and the diffusor needs to be installed as far as runout too.

Thus on my own Impact i run a diffusor i made myself sporting the same features the stocker does just with a 1/2"-20 UNF up front handing that the moderator will now reference vs the barrel, not the shroud.
This brings that i can dial the moderator in vs the barrel on the lathe and thus..

U get it..

That IS the only way to become real "silent" in operation tho, make no mistake.

Fact is working on an old BSA R-10 i just bought doing exactly this and it turned so quiet we stared at it in awe all said. This a 177cal gun running 20grain H&N hollow point slugs around the 950 mark for approx 50+J.

Sports a filled 28*1 shroud and a just as homebrew diffusor n can up front. Can then a 5 chamber jobbie. Piece is so quiet you can hear a pin drop to the floor while firing it. No BS.
It is THAT quiet.

I would agree with the previous statement. I have 3 rifles that are pretty quiet. One being a FX Dreamline, in .25 with a 600mil shooting a 26gr hades at 800fps. It’s really pretty quiet in the open. Not so much in a building or around hollow walls etc. The next is my BSA Ultra SE in .17. It has full shroud and suppressor and is a 12ftlb gun. It’s quiet enough to shoot in a shed without allot of drama. It’s equivalent to a golf clap or a snap of the fingers. The last and quietest, is my FX Streamline. It’s a 6ftlb gun shooting 5gr H&N Green Match pellets. The gun is built from the ground up with a full shroud and custom suppressor. It’s regulated and producing about 45 shots on a charge. The gun literally doesn’t make any kind of what someone would call a shot. Ever drop a twinky on a wood floor. Well,,, I just did, then shot my rifle down my hallway, normal Friday night practice. Sounded oddly similar but the twinky was a little louder. Hmmm, anyway, that’s what I got for you. I’m not sure I could get any of my Impacts that quiet.

I installed a Niel Clague moderator on my sumatra.25 and as long as I don't run the power wheel wide open it's really quiet. My Sumatra without the moderator is louder than a .22 lr and really hurts my ears. My MK2 impact .22 pushing 55 fpe is no where near as loud without a moderator and can be shot with no problems without a moderator. It may take a little longer to get one from Niel because he's simi retired now but it's worth the wait.
